->Click start n then click on run or type winkey+R
->Type regedit
->Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Win dows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
->Lock for a DWORD value named NoClose (itz Value=1) and delete this
->Then Restart the computer
This will shutdown your pc easily
