if u open acrobat reader it takes a lot of time to be loaded. theres a great way to solve this problem..
Go to the destination folder. (C:\ program files\ adobe\ acrobat\reader\{this location may vary})
On entering the reader option, open plug_ins folder and cut (do not copy) all its files.
go 1 step back and in the option folder paste it.
u will surely see the change.....
