Go to:- Start > Run > gpedit.msc > computer configuration > administrative template > network > qos packet schedule.
On the right pane click on 'limit reservable bandwidth'.
click on enable option, and in the limit option put '0(zero)%'.
U will see a great change in the speed of your computer.....
