Start the REGEDIT
go to:- HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT / CLSID / {00021400...}
Right Click on the right panel
Pick NEW / String Value.
Name it MenuShowDelay, all one word.
Select a value from 1-10,
1 being the fastest.
Exit REGEDIT
Restart Windows
